After 20 years working in the corporate world in a number of exciting HR, Learning and Development and Early careers roles in a law firm, banks and most recently for a large multinational company, I know what it’s like to juggle a career with family life and the rollercoaster that comes with it!

After suffering a personal loss, I decided to follow my purpose and dream of setting up my own business Sarah Graham Careers. Through my work I hope to coach and inspire both young people from school leavers, to graduates/apprentices as well as professionals to be the best version of themselves.

Having most recently looked after Learning & Youth employability for a large multinational in the UK, I’m passionate about giving young people from all walks of life the opportunity to be ready for the world of work, enabling them to follow their purpose and flourish and shine.

I am a strong believer in the power of leading a purposeful life inside and outside work. Having coached and run multiple purpose and line manager workshops in corporate companies I am keen to help first-time line managers step into leadership to lead with authenticity.

Whether it be staying on in sixth form, going to college, an apprenticeship or going to university, my 60 minute career guidance session can help to give them some clarity on which direction they want to take.

Career refresh

Are you stuck in a career rut and want to make a change to find a more purposeful career? Or have you found yourself unexpectedly needing to rethink what your career may look like in these uncertain times?

We will work together over a series of 3 x 60-minute sessions focussing on:

Session 1: Explore – Who are you, what drives you, and where do you want to get to? Do you have a 5-year plan or a longer-term goal?

Session 2: Where are you now? – What actions can you take to get to your goal, what changes can you make?
